Cancellation/No Show Policy

When you schedule an appointment at Pure Indulgence Massage & Spa, we reserve our time exclusively for you.  Therefore we require a credit card to reserve your appointment time.  A 24-hour notice of cancellation is required to avoid a 100% charge of services reserved.  No-shows will result in 100% billing equal to the total amount of services reserved.

Arrival Time

We recommend that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to check in, relax, unwind, and fill out any necessary forms.  Our scheduling is designed to permit the correct amount of time to complete your service.

Please help us by arriving for your appointment on time so that you may receive your full service. For late arrivals, your appointment time may be reduced in order to finish on time for the next scheduled client. The full value of your treatment will be applied.

Cellular Phones & Pagers

For consideration of all our clients and other businesses, please mute all cellular phones and pagers before entering the spa.  Thank you for your consideration.


Due to the nature of our business, smoking and the consumption of alcohol is not permitted on the premises.


On spa days, we recommend that you refrain from wearing any fragrance so as not to set off any possible allergic reaction in the spa or building.


We regret that we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal items such as clothes, accessories and jewelry.  Therefore, please consider leaving your jewelry and other valuables at home.


Gratuities are not included in the price of our services; gratuities are appreciated for excellent service.  We recommend a range of 15% to 20%.
