Thereafter, you have 10 days to return the product(s) back to us with a COPY of the original receipt, an email address, telephone number, and an explanation of your dissatisfaction for a credit, exchange or replacement. Product(s) are eligible for a replacement/exchange if the original product is damaged or defective. Returned product(s) may not be altered, over 25% used, or damaged. Any credits, exchanges or replacements MUST BE from the SAME LINE. We regret that we are unable to make cash refunds or refund your original shipping and handling or return shipping costs (if applicable.) Exception: JōElle Skincare is a custom organic skincare line which is made to order. It takes 4-6 weeks to receive this order once it is placed. This order is non-returnable due to hygiene reasons and the fact that it is custom made for you.
